Care

  • Protect the bag from heat and humidity sources to avoid damage to the natural texture of the leather.
  • Avoid contact with water , as NDM leather is sensitive to the absorption of liquids. If wet, dry immediately with a soft cloth and allow to dry at room temperature, away from heat sources.
  • Treat the leather periodically with a dye-free nourishing cream specifically for full-grain leather to maintain its suppleness and softness.
  • Avoid contact with oils, perfumes and cosmetics , as these products can stain and darken the leather.
  • To preserve the original color, store the bag in a dark, dry place , preferably in its protective bag, and away from direct sunlight which could cause discoloration.
  • Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and surface dirt. Avoid chemicals or cleaners not specific for this type of leather.
  • Do not overload the bag to prevent deformation or stretching of the leather.
  • For stubborn stains or scratches, consult a leather care professional for specialized cleaning or restoration.

    Shipping method

    • All orders will be sent via Correos Express, with a shipping cost of €5. To ensure delivery, please make sure to provide all necessary information (recipient name, full address, postcode, etc.).
    International Shipping
    • For orders outside of Spain, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery period due to possible customs delays. In some cases, your order may be held in customs and may be subject to additional local import charges upon delivery.
    • Important : Customs charges and any additional taxes generated will be the responsibility of the buyer, regardless of the country of destination.

    Changes in Delivery Address

    Do you want to return your recent purchase? Here's how to do it quickly and easily:
    Request Refund:
    • Log in to your account at Spicy Brand and select the return option.
    • Alternatively, you can send us an email to atencionspicybrandd@gmail.com with your order number (example: #0000) and we will help you manage the return.
    Prepare the Shipment:
    • After receiving your request, we will send you a return label by email.
    • Make sure to package the bag well in its original condition so that it arrives in the same condition as you received it.
    • Take the package to the nearest post office within 3 days, showing the label to send it at no additional cost.
    1. Refund Processing:
    • Once we receive the bag and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the full amount of the order, except for the €5 original shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
    • The refund will be made to the same payment method you used and may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.
    Note : You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return. Products must be new, unused and in their original packaging.
