Care

- Regular cleaning: Clean the bag with a soft, slightly damp cloth, without using abrasive products. Avoid using cleaners that are not suitable for leather to avoid damaging the finish.
- Avoid contact with oils, perfumes and cosmetics as these can stain or alter the color of the bag.
- Proper Storage: Store the bag in a cool, dry, dark place, preferably in its protective bag to prevent the leather from drying out or deteriorating. Keep the bag away from direct light to prevent discoloration.
- Do not overload the bag to prevent the leather from stretching or deforming.
- In case of difficult stains or visible damage , consult a professional specialized in the care of synthetic materials to ensure proper restoration.

Domestic Shipping
- All orders will be sent via Correos Express, with a shipping cost of €5. To ensure delivery, please make sure to provide all necessary information (recipient name, full address, postcode, etc.).
International Shipping
- For orders outside of Spain, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery period due to possible customs delays. In some cases, your order may be held in customs and may be subject to additional local import charges upon delivery.
- Important : Customs charges and any additional taxes generated will be the responsibility of the buyer, regardless of the country of destination.
Urgent Shipping

Changes in Delivery Address
- If you wish to change the delivery address after placing your order, it is essential that you notify us as soon as possible. Once the package has been dispatched, we will not be able to make any changes to the address.

Do you want to return your recent purchase? Here's how to do it quickly and easily:
Request Refund:
- Log in to your account at Spicy Brand and select the return option.
- Alternatively, you can send us an email to atencionspicybrandd@gmail.com with your order number (example: #0000) and we will help you manage the return.
Prepare the Shipment:
- After receiving your request, we will send you a return label by email.
- Make sure to package the bag well in its original condition so that it arrives in the same condition as you received it.
- Take the package to the nearest Post Office within 3 days, showing the shipping label.
Note: The cost of the return will be €4 , which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Refund Processing:
- Once we receive the bag and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the full amount of the order, excluding the original shipping costs , which are non-refundable.
- The refund will be made to the same payment method you used and may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.
Note:
- You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return.
- Products must be new, unused and in their original packaging.

- We will send you an email with instructions to complete the exchange process within 24-48 hours .
- We will prepare and ship the new bag.
- Upon delivery, the courier will collect the old bag, making the exchange process simple and convenient for you.
